Twitchell welcomes Rita Smith to the Customer Service team. Rita brings years of customer service experience to Twitchell, having worked at Dothan Housing Authority as an occupational analyst and at Wal-Mart as a customer service manager. Rita is passionate about helping people and feels the customer service representative position was perfect for her.

“In the short time I’ve worked at Twitchell, I have learned so much and look forward to helping my customers in any way I can,” Smith said. “My brother has worked at Twitchell for over 20 years and has always spoke highly of the company so when the customer service representative position came available, I knew it was where I wanted to be.”

In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and reading. Rita is currently enrolled at Troy University in Dothan pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in business. She looks forward to building relationships with her customers and continuing her career at Twitchell.
