DOTHAN, Alabama, December 21, 2020: While it’s usually all-business around the Wiregrass Public Safety Center, first responders were treated to a little Christmas cheer thanks to a local company. First responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs and their families, enjoyed a socially distanced Christmas meal compliments of Twitchell. “Twitchell values and appreciates all that Dothan’s Fire and Police do for businesses and individuals, and the protection they offer,” says Paul Cleary, Twitchell Technical Products, CEO. “We wanted a way to thank them for all the training, hard work, long hours and sacrifices they make every day,” he adds. The Wiregrass Public Safety Center is poised to have a dynamic, impactful, and socially distanced 2021. With free programs offered to the public, like the Women’s Safety Initiative, a firearms course and a career academy for kids, coordinators look forward to promoting a safer Wiregrass moving forward.
