Are Twitchell products sanitary for use in highly contaminated areas
with infectious diseases? YES!
Twitchell’s world-renowned brand, TEXTILENE™ fabric, is a woven
fabric from polyvinyl chloride coated polyester core yarns that are
antimicrobial, mildew, and bacteria resistant that can be easily
sanitized using household cleaners such as bleach or Clorox wipes.
Additionally, hospital cleaners like Vital Oxide and hydrogen
peroxide do not compromise the integrity or strength of our fabrics
during the decontamination cleaning process. TEXTILENE™ fabrics are
resistant to a wide range of inorganic acids and alkalis. Its PVC
coating provides excellent water resistance and low water
absorption.
