Why is Twitchell fabric better than others currently in the marketplace?
Tried and true. Best value fabric. Fabrics have been out in the field for many years. Wide widths, 10 year exterior warranty on commercial applications. Lifetime warranty on Textilene 80/90 in a fixed solar screen in vertical application to the original purchaser (primary residence). 100% made in the USA.
What is the difference between Fiberglass and PVC fabrics?
Polyester yarns tend to be more durable, stronger, and will last in the outdoor elements much longer than fiberglass products.
What are available roll sizes?
Many – multiple roll lengths and width options. Depending on the product, 24” up to 126” width.
What are the minimum order quantities?
We really don’t have minimum order requirements on stock items. Custom MOQ’s have recently been lowered significantly and we are flexible on that currently.
Can I buy direct from Twitchell?
Typically a homeowner can’t buy direct from Twitchell. We prefer the retailer/ dealer goes through wholesale distribution channels. We offer a cut yardage program for less than full roll quantities. Currently up to 96” width goods.
What is the lead-time from order placement to order shipment?
Same day to 48 hours.
How do I set up an account and place an order?
Easy. Company name, bill to & ship to address and credit card information.
What warranty do you offer?
Lifetime and 10 year.
What is the return policy?
Depends. If customer makes the error we apply a re-stocking fee. If employee error we bring it back as long as its in original packaging and we can put it right back into inventory.
What are ordering parameters for cut-yardage?
We supply cut yardage for fabric widths no more than 96”.
Is there cut yardage available for Nano?
We do not supply cut yardage for Nano 50/55/60/70.
Are freight costs the same for shipping to a residential address vs. a business address?
Freight cost shipping to a residential address is different than the freight cost for a shipment to a business address.
