To all our valued customers,
As you know, the World Health Organization declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020 due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Since the original warning we have limited all site access to employees only. Our manufacturing, production and warehousing facilities continue to monitor and enforce our high standards of health, sanitation and safety. We have advised any employee who has a fever, any type of respiratory issue, or otherwise feels unwell, to stay home, and we are taking other proactive measures to reduce the chance of contamination and spreading. While this is one of the most challenging scenarios we have faced in almost 100 years of manufacturing in Alabama, by staying focused on you our customer and our employees we will work through this together. We also wanted to provide you an update on what you can expect from us regarding your supply, knowing the situation is fluid, and we will continue to communicate actively with you as we learn.
